Tutbury Carpets have been fantastic from start to finish. They allowed me to take samples home for a week while I was deciding and they gave me some great advice for my heavy duty use areas, with 2 children and a dog. They fitted my chosen carpets within weeks of ordering, great customer service. The 3 fitters came and were on time, polite, professional, clean and very efficient, the carpet and underlay were excellent quality and we couldn't be happier. they loved my Labrador and made lots of fuss of her, so it was great they were dog friendly too! The gentlemen even moved the sofa back into my room for me as it was heavy, it was so kind of them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my flooring now I've used this company.
